Can you work with our architect or existing plans?
Yes. We can review your existing drawings and coordinate the construction scope with your architect and relevant trades. The enquiry is a good place to tell us where your project is in the planning process.
How are the scope and changes handled?
We set out the agreed work and inclusions before construction. If the scope changes or an existing condition affects the work, we discuss the implications and agree the approach before proceeding.
